Description
The hydraulic circuit training panel is of interest to institutions and companies which offer training programs in hydraulic. The training panels are manufactured in a sturdy way and are equipped with industrial quality components. This equipment makes it possible for the student to practice on a complete range of realistic circuits. The variety of exercises which is possible to carry out with this training panel makes it essential at every training level. To respect the highest requirements of the technical training, each panel :
- is made of rigid construction, made out of aluminum and is provided with lockable wheels;
- respects the necessary width to allow the passage through standard door width;
- integrates a fast and rigid component fixation system;
- is equipped with two inclined work surfaces to accommodate students on each side, in order to maximize the use of the laboratory space;
- comes with a hydraulic power unit of 1.5 HP, with a capacity of 2.2 GPM (8.3L/min);
- functions at a maximum pressure of 1000 PSI (68.97 bars);
- is supplied by the local electrical supply network and comprises a protection against short-circuits doubled with a thermal protection;
- adapts to standard supplies;
- includes side shelves allowing the student to put their laboratory books, reference books, etc.;
Basic characteristics
- includes a lockable drawer with a minimum capacity of 1.10 cu. ft. (38 L) on each side of the table;
- includes a storage system for hydraulic hoses with self-locking handles;
- comes with hydraulic quick connect couplings of ISO type "B";
- comes with a hydraulic fluid recovery tank;
- comes with additional work surfaces (optional), compatible with the quick fixing system for the storage of the components;
- is integrated in an attractive concept arousing the interest of students;
- makes it possible to install a work surface in a horizontal position to allow future installations of simulation equipment;
